Unlike the US variant, which is powered by the Exynos 1330 processor, the Indian variant of the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is said to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor. The chipset is said to be paired with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage.
Coming to the cameras of the device, the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is tipped to sport a 50MP main camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 13MP front camera. The device will feature a 6.6-inch FHD+ IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop notch at the top to make room for the front camera. Speaking of the OS, the device will boot Android 13-based OneUI 5.0 skin out of the box.
