It’s only been a few months since the OnePlus 11 debuted but there’s already a high interest for the OnePlus 12. A new tip now suggests when the company is planning to launch the OnePlus 12 smartphone. This includes the China and global debut launch timelines. It also suggests the launch timelines for the OnePlus Nord CE 3, OnePlus Ace2 Pro, and the OnePlus Foldable.
OnePlus 12 launch timeline (Expected)
OnePlus 12 will debut in December in China, and the global launch will take place in February, according to tipster Yogesh Brar. This is around the same time that OnePlus launches its flagship smartphones so the tip is most likely be accurate, but there’s still months to go so we can’t expect an official announcement anytime soon.
OnePlus Nord CE 3, Ace 2 Pro, and Foldable launch timelines tipped
The tipster also suggested the possible launch timelines for three more OnePlus smartphones. The OnePlus Nord CE 3 and Ace2 Pro will reportedly launch in August. OnePlus’ first foldable phone that is slated for a Q3 launch is also tipped to debut in August. According to the tipster, OnePlus might also add an ‘R’ model in between.
Coming back to the OnePlus 12 and its growing interest, there’s been a leak that details the full spec sheet of the upcoming smartphone. The information comes from SmartPrix in collaboration with OnLeaks.
- Display: 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 2K resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate.
- Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.
- RAM and storage: 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
- Cameras: 50MP primary sensor, 50MP ultra-wide angle lens, a 64MP telephoto lens, and a 32MP front camera. It will also offer 3X optical zoom, and the cameras will be co-developed with Hasselblad. There’s no mention of a periscope camera though that’s one major upgrade expected for the OnePlus 12.
- Battery and charging: 5,400mAh battery with 100W wired charging, and 50W wireless charging.
- Software: Oxygen OS 14 based on the upcoming Android 14.
