Ola S1X (3kWh) vs Ola S1X+ vs Ola S1 Air: Range, speed, battery and charging

As you can notice in the table above, all three scooters share almost the same hardware and chassis and are based on the Gen2 two-wheeler platform. This allows all three of the scooters to have the same 6.0 kW peak motor power, a top speed of 90Kmph and a 151 Km ARAI-measured range.

The dimensions of these scooters are exactly the same with 34L boot space and 160mm ground clearance. The Ola S1X (3kWh) and the Ola S1X+ come with a 500W portable home charger while the Ola S1 Air comes with a 750W one which fully charges the scooter’s 3kWh battery in two-thirds of the time (5 hours compared to 7.4 hours).

Ola S1X (3kWh) vs Ola S1X+ vs Ola S1 Air: built-in tech and MoveOS

A side stand alert and three modes: Eco, Normal, and Sport, are present in all three scooters. The major difference that comes into play is the instrument cluster and the smart features. The Ola S1 Air is the most feature-packed model with a 7-inch touch display while the S1X+ houses a 5-inch one.

Both these scooters have MoveOS which enables Bluetooth connectivity, GPS navigation, keyless unlock, cruise control, and OTA updates. The Ola S1X (3kWh) on the other hand has a 3.5-inch display with no such functionalities. In case you require Music and speakers, the S1 Air is the only scooter here that has it.
