A 15-second teaser for the BGMI and Ranveer Singh collab was shared on YouTube earlier. As part of the collaboration, Krafton said it will launch the ‘Play Pure’ campaign that “celebrates the pure-ness in players through the lens of superstar Ranveer Singh.” The video teaser’s caption also reads, “No more soft rehearsals! ‘Boht Hard’ drop coming your way! 🪂”

BGMI comeback India

Krafton has been busy pushing BGMI in India after its comeback in India this May. The mobile game was banned in India last year by the government due to security reasons. BGMI was also linked with several incidents involving young boys who were reportedly acting out due to the influence of violence in BGMI.

Krafton relaunched BGMI with new features so as to curb mobile gaming addiction in India. It restricted playtime for users under 18 to three hours daily, and six hours for everyone else. BGMI also comes with parental controls and spending limits for minors. The company also had some freebies for BGMI fans which included four free and permanent reward outfits.
