OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R are set to launch in India and globally later this month. The former is a flagship offering from the brand and succeeds the OnePlus 11. While the OnePlus 12R is a follow-up to the OnePlus 11 and might be a rebrand of the recently launched OnePlus Ace 3. Both phones come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8-series chipsets, triple camera sensors, Android 14 OS, and 100W fast charging support.

OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R are set to launch in India on January 23rd at 7:30 PM IST. The launch event will be live-streamed via the brand’s official social media handles and YouTube channel.
OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R price in India (expected)
OnePlus 12 price in India is tipped to be Rs 69,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant. Since this is an accidental listing on Amazon, the actual cost could be slightly different. The phone might start between Rs 58,000 and Rs 60,000 in the country.
In the US, the OnePlus 12 might retail for $799 (approx Rs 66,400) for the base 12GB + 256GB model and $899 (around Rs 74,700) for the 16GB/512GB.
On the other hand, the OnePlus 12R could start at the same price tag as the OnePlus 11R. The phone might start at around Rs 40,000 and might go up to Rs 50,000 for the top-end variant.
In the US, OnePlus 12R is rumoured to be priced at $499 (around Rs 41,500) for the 8GB RAM and 128GB model and $599 (around Rs 49,800) for the 16GB/256GB variant.

The OnePlus 12 should be available in Green and Black colours, while the 12R could come in Black colour hue in India.

- Both the OnePlus 12 and 12R share a similar design except for some minor changes.
- On the front, the OnePlus 12 and 12R feature a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie shooter, narrow bezels to fit more content, and a significantly slimmer chin at the bottom.
- OnePlus 12 has curved edges, while the 12R has flat edges to the sides.
- We see the volume rocker and power buttons on the right spine. We get the famous alert slider on the left spine.
- The rear design is also similar, with a circular module attached to the left edge.
- The OnePlus 12 has a large circular module on the back and this houses triple camera sensors and an LED flash. There is Hasselblad branding engraved (OnePlus 12) within the module.
- The USB Type-C port, SIM tray slot, speaker vents, and a primary microphone are at the bottom.
- On top, we have the secondary microphone and an Infrared sensor.
