Realme is gearing up to unveil the Realme GT 5 series on August 28th and ahead of the event, the company has dropped several key details about the phones. In the latest on the series, a Geekbench listing confirms the Realme GT 5 will come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and the “killer feature” of 24GB RAM on one of the models, in accordance with what has been revealed earlier.
Realme GT 5 Geekbench listing
- As per the Geekbench listing spotted by MSP, there seem to be two Realme GT 5 models viz. RMX3820 and RMX3823. The latter could be the higher-end model as it appears to have better hardware.
- Realme RMX3823 is listed with 24GB of RAM while the Realme RMX3820 has 16GB of RAM.
- Besides that, both models have the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor with Android 13 software on top.
- Realme RMX3823 has scored 2011 in single-core performance and 5305 in multi-core performance. Meanwhile, the RMX3820 model has 1491 in single-core and 4087 in multi-core test.

- Software: The phones could be shipping with Android 13, and the skin could be Realme UI 4.0.
- Display: You could be interacting with this software via a 6.74-inch AMOLED screen with a 1.5K pixel resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.
- Cameras: The display could have a small cutout for housing a 16MP selfie clicker. The rear camera stack, on the other hand, could have a 50MP (Sony IMX890) main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide shooter, and a 2MP sensor.
- Processor: Powering all of these will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, paired with a whopping 24GB RAM and 1TB storage. There would be multiple memory configurations as we got to see from the Geekbench listing.
- Battery: One of the Realme GT 5 models could feature a 4,600mAh battery with 240W fast charging while the other one could have a 5,000mAh battery with 150W fast charging support.
- Other features: The phone could also bring an under-display fingerprint scanner and face unlock for biometric recognition.
